Find Us DowntownCommon Questions
It depends on the size of the project, material shipping times, and supplier back orders — but on average you can expect 2–3 weeks. If you need it sooner, we offer rush options for an additional fee. Just let us know your timeline when you come in.
Yes — and we love when you do! Seeing the actual piece in person is the best way to find the right mat, molding, and glazing combination. Colors look completely different on screen than they do in real life against a frame sample.
Museum framing uses archival, acid-free materials that protect your artwork from degradation over time — UV-protective glazing to block fading, acid-free mats and backing to prevent yellowing, and mounting techniques that don't permanently alter the piece. It's the same standard used in professional galleries and museums.
We can frame almost anything — paintings, photographs, jerseys, medals, needlework, certificates, mirrors, maps, children's artwork, and more. If you're not sure, just bring it in and we'll figure it out together.
Yes! We keep a beautiful selection of pre-assembled frames in stock — in barnwood and many other styles — in standard sizes from 8×10 up to 16×20 and beyond. These are the same high quality as our custom frames, ready to take home the same day.
Every project is different — pricing depends on the size, the molding style, matting choices, and glazing type. We work with all budgets and are happy to show you options at different price points. The best way to get an accurate quote is to come in with your piece.
Absolutely — that's one of our favorite parts of the job. With nearly 50 years of experience, we love helping customers find the frame that truly honors their piece. Bring it in, and we'll walk you through everything with no pressure.
